We are a sourcing partner based in Yunnan, China. Tell us what you want to buy and we handle the rest — finding and vetting factories, negotiating the price, arranging samples, following up production, inspecting the goods and organising shipping to your door. You deal with one contact instead of dozens of suppliers.
We quote per project. Once we understand your product, quantity and target price, we send a clear, itemised quotation in USD with our service fee and the factory price shown separately — no hidden mark-ups.
It depends on the factory and the product. Many of our suppliers accept small trial orders, and part of our job is to negotiate the lowest realistic MOQ for you. We always tell you the true minimum before you commit.
Timing depends on the product, the quantity and the season. We give you a written timeline before you place the order, covering sampling, bulk production and shipping, and we update you at each stage. If something slips, you hear it from us first.
Every order goes through a sample approval step, and we inspect the bulk goods at the factory before they are packed. You receive real inspection photos and notes for approval — the goods are not shipped until you are happy with what you see.
We normally work with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. T/T is the most common method and other options can be discussed. The exact terms are written into your quotation so there are no surprises.
Yes. Private label, custom packaging and product modifications are all possible. Send us your artwork or a reference sample and we will confirm what the factory can do, the extra cost and the time it adds.
Send us a short message describing what you want to buy, your target quantity and your market. We will come back with preliminary options and pricing, and if it looks like a fit we move to samples. There is no cost to ask.
