These terms govern your use of www.linkchainchina.com and any sourcing or procurement service we provide to you. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to them.

Link Chain China is a sourcing and procurement agency based in Yunnan, China. We connect global brands with trusted Chinese factories, providing efficient sourcing, transparent service and reliable quality at factory-direct prices. Our services cover supplier verification, quality control, logistics coordination and brand empowerment — we vet factories, negotiate on your behalf, inspect the goods before they leave the country, and arrange shipping to your destination.
We prepare quotations from the prices and lead times our suppliers give us. A quotation is not a binding offer to sell. Prices and lead times can change if your specification, quantity, packaging or delivery terms change, if material costs or exchange rates move significantly, or if the supplier revises their terms. Unless a quotation states otherwise, it is valid for 15 days.
An order is confirmed once we confirm it to you in writing and the payment terms set out in the quotation or proforma invoice have been met. Payment terms — deposit and balance, currency and receiving account — are stated on the quotation or proforma invoice for each order. Always check the account details with us before sending money, and never pay into an account you have only been given by message.
Sample and courier costs are normally payable by you and are separate from the order. If the sample is approved and the order reaches the agreed quantity, we will ask the supplier to credit the sample cost against the order. Sample lead times are usually 5–10 working days, plus courier time.
You can cancel before production starts. Cancelling after you approve the sample, or after production has begun, may mean that the deposit and any materials already bought or work already done cannot be recovered. We will always tell you the position in writing before you decide. See our Refund Policy for how this works in practice.
Shipping is arranged on the terms stated in your quotation (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or door to door). Import duties, VAT or sales tax and customs clearance charges in the destination country are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery dates are estimates based on the supplier's schedule and carrier transit times; they are not guaranteed dates.
We check the goods against the specification and the approved sample, and we send you inspection photos before shipping where the order allows it. If the goods do not match the approved specification, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and where possible keep the goods and the packing as they arrived so that we can take the matter up with the supplier.
Any designs, logos, artwork or specifications you send us remain yours. By sending them you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We and our suppliers will use them only to produce and deliver your order.
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill, but because the goods are made by third-party suppliers we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the service fee we charged on that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business.
The text, images, logos and layout on this website belong to Link Chain China or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. We try to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through friendly discussion first. If that is not possible, the dispute will be handled by the competent court where we are based.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the version that applies.

Link Chain China 是一家位于中国云南的采购代理公司。我们不是生产商，也不是货物的卖方。我们帮您寻找合适的供应商、获取并比较报价、下单与跟进、检验货物并安排运输。除双方另有书面约定外，货物买卖合同存在于您与供应商之间，我们的角色是代表您、为您争取利益。
我们的报价基于供应商给出的价格与交期。报价不是具有约束力的销售要约。若您的规格、数量、包装或交货条件发生变化，或原材料成本、汇率出现较大波动，或供应商调整其条件，价格与交期可能随之变化。除报价单另有说明外，有效期 15 天。
我们以书面确认您的订单，且报价单或形式发票所列付款条件已满足时，订单即成立。付款条件（定金与尾款、币种、收款账户）均列明在每笔订单的报价单或形式发票上。汇款前请务必与我们核对账户信息，切勿向仅通过消息告知您的账户付款。
样品费与快递费通常由您承担，且不包含在订单金额内。若样品通过且订单达到约定数量，我们会请供应商将样品费抵扣订单。打样周期通常为 5–10 个工作日，另加快递时间。
您可以在生产开始前取消。在您确认样品之后、或生产开始之后取消，定金以及已采购的物料或已完成的工作可能无法退回。在您决定前，我们一定会以书面形式告知实际情况。具体操作见我们的退款政策。
运输按您报价单上所列的条件安排（如 EXW、FOB、CIF 或门到门）。目的地国家的进口关税、增值税或销售税以及清关费用由您承担，除双方另有书面约定。交货日期是基于供应商排期与承运时效的估算，不是保证日期。
我们会对照规格与确认过的样品检验货物，并在条件允许时于发货前向您发送验货照片。若货物与确认的规格不符，请在收货后 7 天内并提供照片告知我们；条件允许时，请保持货物与包装原状，以便我们向供应商交涉。
您发送给我们的设计、Logo、稿件或规格仍归您所有。您发送即确认您有权使用这些内容，且不侵犯他人权利。我们与供应商仅将其用于生产和交付您的订单。
我们以合理的谨慎与专业能力开展工作，但货物由第三方供应商生产，因此我们无法保证特定结果。在法律允许的范围内，我们对任一订单的责任以该订单所收取的服务费为限，且不对利润损失、业务损失等间接损失负责。
